Y2K PFPs
Y2K pfps are the 2000s optimism aesthetic rendered like tiny sculptures: liquid chrome, holographic gloss, frosted metal and bubblegum gradients. This hub holds both sides of the revival — the chrome object pack (butterflies, smileys, hearts, stars and dolphins in liquid metal) and the Y2K girl pack (butterfly clips, space buns, frosted eyeshadow, glossy light). Every image is an original render, which is why the chrome actually looks like chrome instead of a compressed repost.
Y2K works because it photographs like jewelry: high shine means high contrast, and high contrast survives the shrink to avatar size better than almost any other aesthetic — chrome objects are consistently among our top scorers in Rate My PFP. The style pairs naturally with the color packs (pink and purple especially) and the glossier end of the aesthetic hub. New chrome drops land with every batch — the objects rotate, the shine stays.
